• Make a doctor's appointment for a check-up and a signature on the health form!
• Don't forget to indicate any special dietary needs!

Fill out the Camper Questionnaire!

• This short form is a way for you and your camper to communicate what they most want to do at camp.
• This is the best place to list any concerns you might have about your camper going to camp.
• We take these seriously and read every single one.

One Week Before Camp

Update your Health Questionnaire in Ultracamp.

• Include any health updates since your Physician Clearance Form was completed before May 15.

Start packing!
Ask your parents to send you mail!

• Mail takes at least 3 business days to reach camp.
• Any mail received after a camper has gone home will be returned to sender.

One Month Before Camp

Break in new shoes!

• Make sure all hiking boots fit properly.
• If you buy new shoes, wear them around town or on short daily walks to break them in. Stiff new shoes are a quick source of blisters!

Review the packing list in your confirmation packet.

• Start gathering everything on it to prevent last-minute panics.
