Stories from campers...Stories from volunteers...I'm fond of saying that Two Sentinels is my favorite place in this or any universe, and it's true. People who know me "down the hill" can vouch for me- I spend A LOT of time talking about how amazing camp is. The site itself is one of the most gorgeous places I've ever been, but what really makes it magical are all the amazing people, both campers and staff, that make up the Two Sentinels family. I first went to camp when I was 12, and even though it was my first time going away from home for more than a sleepover, and even though I didn't know a single soul there, all my fears vanished the second I got on that bus and met the awesome girls I was going to be spending the week with. I knew as soon as I got to camp that this place was my heart's true home, and I can't imagine my life without that week every year of friends, nature, song, and laughter. If you're reading this and you've been to Two Sentinels, I want to thank you for being part of my camp family, and if you're reading this and you haven't been to Two Sentinels, I hope to see you there someday. We'll be keeping a spot by the campfire warm for you. --Cuomo

Stories from parents...My 15 year old daughter has been coming to camp since she was a Waterbug and loves it. Two Sentinels has a restorative quality for her. After an especially tough year in 7th grade, she was really dragging. The week she spent in Rovers brought her back to her lively, joyful self. She feels so strongly about camp that she spent a week last summer working on her Girl Scout Silver Project there, repairing decking on the staff house. She looks forward every year to singing camp songs, participating in all the fun in camp, backpacking in the beautiful high Sierras, enjoying the sense of adventure and freedom, and seeing her fellow campers and the wonderful staff. --Julie
