Go to Ultracamp
Before Registration
- Register as a Girl Scout. See Step 1 of Register My Camper.
- If you've never registered before, set up your Ultracamp account and profile. See Step 3 of Register My Camper.
- Log into Ultracamp to ensure you remember your password. See Forgot My Username or Password if you can't sign in.
- Units require a $100 deposit at the time of registration. If this presents a hardship for you, please contact us before registration. We can work with you to ensure you can register your camper. We never want money to be an obstacle for your kid to come to camp.
Due to high demand, only 1 reservation per summer per camper is allowed. Our camp fills FAST.
Staff and Staff KidsOur staff volunteers get early registration for themselves and their kids--without our volunteers, we couldn't have camp!
Any adult may apply to be staff. We accept new staff every year! Staffing is not first come, first served. We review all staff applicants then send acceptances before public registration opens. |
OSBsOSBs register for either Session 1 or Session 2 Applicant training week.
OSBs is not first come, first served. We consider all applicants. OSBs must also complete an application (link provided at end of registration) and submit a reference. See Camper Calendar for due date. |
All Other UnitsAll other units are accepted on a first come, first served basis.
Note: Fireflies arrive 2 days earlier than all other campers and must provide their own transportation TO camp. Sign up on the waitlist if the unit you want is full. We try to get as many kids into camp as possible. See Waitlists below for more details. |
Full Registration Instructions
During Registration
- Once you start registration in Ultracamp, your spot is reserved for 15 minutes! Please take your time and fill everything out thoroughly.
- You’ll fill out health questions as part of registration in an effort to reduce the paperwork you need to upload and submit later, so expect to spend some time on the registration process.
- Ultracamp is a quirky system. Your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated. Let us know if you run into issues and we are happy to work through them with you.
Waitlists
Our camp fills FAST. It's not uncommon for units to be full right when public registration opens. Unit capacity is determined by several factors including staff ratios, trail permits, and site occupancy.
Sign up on the Waitlist for the session/unit you want if it's full. We do our best to get as many kids into camp as possible. Follow these simple guidelines:
If a spot opens up for your camper, Ultracamp sends you an email notification with an invite to register for the open spot. You have 1 week to register for the open spot then the spot automatically goes to the next camper on the waitlist. If you miss the deadline to register for your open spot, we cannot reopen the spot for you.
How do I increase my camper's chances of getting into the unit they want?
Volunteer as full-session staff or for a small job! Volunteers get priority registration because without them we couldn't run camp!

After Registration
- OSBs: Submit your application and reference. See Camper Calendar for due date and acceptance date.
- See your doctor for an annual physical and have them complete the Physician Clearance form (sent with your confirmation email). Schedule your physical as early as possible. Some providers take a while to get forms completed.

- May 15: All fees are due. Apply for Financial Aid if you could use assistance! We never want money to be an obstacle to your kid coming to camp.
Staff Registration
All registration information above applies to staff and their campers as well.
Staff volunteers need to also be aware of the following:
Staff volunteers need to also be aware of the following:
- We review and consider all staff applications.
- We do our best to accept as many staff as possible, but our site numbers are limited by the Forest Service and staff positions are in high demand.
- Be as flexible as possible with your volunteering dates so we can get you and your campers into camp. We consider certifications, experience, special skills, and your children’s placement in staffing decisions.
- You’ll receive an official Staff Confirmation Packet if you’re accepted. See Staff Calendar for the date we will send acceptances by. If you aren’t accepted as staff, you’ll be notified and you'll need to re-register your kids during public registration.
- Volunteer Cancellation Policy: Any staff volunteer that cannot complete their staffing commitment will have their children removed from their units and placed in the queue for that unit at the time the cancellation occurs. This may result in campers being placed on a waitlist if one exists.
- Staff kids who are 18+ years old must set up their own Ultracamp account and complete their own registration.
- Staff arrive 2 days prior to campers. Your kids come early with you. See Staff Calendar for exact dates.
- Recent OSB Alumni: If this is your first year registering as Staff after completing the OSB program, select that you are NOT new to Two Sentinels at the beginning of the staff registration questions.
