Register my camper for Two Sentinels
  1. Register your camper as a Girl Scout for the year. COMPLETE THIS STEP IN ADVANCE.
    1. If your camper is already a registered Girl Scout in a troop, you just need to know their Troop Number. Skip to Step 2--Sign into Ultracamp. 
    2. Register as GS in a Troop: If your camper has never been registered as a Girl Scout and wants to join a troop, go to Join Girl Scouts and click Find Troops. Search for a troop to join in your area and complete registration. Note your camper's Troop Number.
    3. Register as Juliette/Independent GS without a Troop: If your camper has never been registered as a Girl Scout and just wants to attend camp without joining a troop, register as a Juliette/Independent Scout (a participating Girl Scout without a troop). There are 2 ways to register as a Juliette/Independent Scout:
      1. Go to this page, sign in to your GirlScouts.org account or create an account, and register as a Juliette. 
        OR
      2. Go to Join Girl Scouts and click Find Troops.
        1. Enter your zip code, pick a Grade, click Search.
        2. Then scroll all the way down in the search results and click Apply to participate without a troop.
        3. Sign in to your GirlScouts.org account or create an account then register as a Juliette. 
  2. Once registration is open (see Registration for dates), sign in to your Ultracamp account.
  3. If this is your first time ever registering for Two Sentinels on Ultracamp: Click Add Person to add a camper to your Ultracamp account. Make a profile for yourself as the primary guardian/contact as well. Fill out basic contact information, age, and grade.
  4. Next to your camper's name, click Register.
    1. Confirm what grade your camper will be entering in the fall.
    2. Select from the eligible units for your camper. Click info for more details on each unit or read more on our website. 
    3. Complete the guided registration process.
    4. In the GS Membership section:
      • Enter your camper's Troop Number if they are a GS in a Troop.
      • Enter Independent if your camper is a Juliette/Independent Scout without a Troop.
      • Enter Tag if your camper is a male tagalong.
  5. Add any other reservations for your children.
  6. Check out! You'll receive a confirmation email immediately. If you don't, you haven't fully checked out and your reservation is not complete.
Volunteer as staff for a full session of camp
  1. Once staff and staff kid registration is open (see Registration for dates), sign in to your Ultracamp account.
  2. If this is your first time ever registering for Two Sentinels on Ultracamp: Click Add Person to add a profile for yourself to your Ultracamp account. Make a profile for your children that you want to bring to camp as well. Fill out basic contact information, age, and grade.
  3. Next to your name, click Register.
    1. Select which session you'd most like to serve as staff for. If you are interested in a unit that spans 2 sessions (like Superpackers which spans Session 1 and Session 2), select the session the unit begins (Example: for Superpackers, select Session 1).
    2. Complete the guided registration process.
      1. Tell us about any flexibility in your schedule for the summer, what certifications you have, and your top 3 choices for units you'd like to work. Read more on our website about the units and available staff jobs. 
  4. Add any other reservations for your children. You register your kids at the same time as you register as staff. See the section above for camper registration instructions.
  5. Check out! You'll receive a confirmation email immediately. If you don't, you haven't fully checked out and your reservation is not complete.
Change t-shirt or sweatshirt size
Add or remove sweatshirt
  1. Sign in to your Ultracamp account.
  2. Click the Reservations tab at the top.
  3. Under Current Reservations, click the reservation you want to change the t-shirt/sweatshirt options for.
  4. In the Options section, click Edit. 
  5. Click Next until you get to:
    1. Package Choice: To add a sweatshirt, change the selected package to one that includes a sweatshirt . To remove a sweatshirt you ordered, change to a package without a sweatshirt.
    2. T-shirt Size: To change your selected tshirt size.
    3. Sweatshirt Size: To change your selected sweatshirt size.
  6. Click Next until you get back to the main Reservation Details page.
  7. Confirm your changes are reflected there. 
Change transportation options
Before June 15:
  1. Sign in to your Ultracamp account.
  2. Click the Reservations tab at the top.
  3. Under Current Reservations, click the reservation you want to change the transportation options for.
  4. In the Options section, click Edit. 
  5. You'll cycle through other options selected during registration until you get to Transportation To and From camp.
  6. Change the transportation options and continue clicking Next until you get back to the main Reservation Details page.
  7. Confirm your changes are reflected there. 
After June 15, we can't make transportation changes as fees and paperwork have already been processed.
Upload health documents
Make sure your health form is signed by a physician before uploading!
  1. Sign in to your Ultracamp account.
  2. Click the 3 lines icon in the top left corner.
  3. Select Document Center.
  4. Click Upload Document.
  5. Select Physician Clearance Form.
  6. Choose the file from your computer and click Upload Document.
Notes about health form scans:
  • Must be PDF
  • Must be in portrait mode 
  • Must be good quality scan so we can print and read the page clearly--no photos of forms!
View forms I've uploaded
  1. Sign in to your Ultracamp account.
  2. Click the 3 lines icon in the top left corner.
  3. Select Document Center.
  4. Click Upload Document.
  5. Scroll all the way down to see the documents you've uploaded to Ultracamp. You can download them to see them.
Check balance or make a payment
  1. Sign in to your Ultracamp account. The My Account page displays your account balance.
  2. Click the Make a Payment tab at the top. 
  3. Select your payment method.
  4. Enter details and submit to make a payment. 
Retrieve Ultracamp username or reset password
  1. On the Ultracamp sign-in page, click Forgot Your Login Information?
  2. Complete the details to retrieve your username or reset your password. 
Register for the open wait list spot I was notified about
  1. Sign in to your Ultracamp account.
  2. Click the account member you got the waiting list spot notification for.
  3. Click Make New Reservation.
  4. The unit with the waiting list spot available will now show as open. Select the desired unit and complete the details.
STAFF ONLY
Upload driver documents
  1. Sign in to your Ultracamp account.
  2. Click the 3 lines icon in the top left corner.
  3. Select Document Center.
  4. Click Upload Document.
  5. Select DMV Report then choose the file from your computer and click Upload Document.
