Changes for Registration 2025

If you have registered at Two Sentinels before, we recommend you review the changes below for 2025:

General Changes

• All registered campers and staff will now be automatically assigned a Physician Clearance Form task in Ultracamp. The task will automatically complete when you upload your signed Physician Clearance Form into the Ultracamp Document Center and we process and approve it (this could take several days after you submit). As the May 15 deadline approaches, you'll receive automated reminders from Ultracamp if your Physician Clearance Form task is incomplete.
• We've updated our prices to adjust for increasing costs of supplies, site fees, and insurance.
• Sweatshirts now cost $35 (included with Summit, Pinnacle, OSB, and Superpacker packages). 

Camper Registration
We removed COVID-19 policies from registration. We now treat COVID-19 as all other illnesses we might encounter at camp.

Small Job Volunteers
Parents: If you can’t commit to being full-session staff but want to help out camp in exchange for early registration benefits, we want you!
This year, we will hold a special Small Job Volunteer camper registration period Jan 26-Jan 31. We will send out a Google Form prior to Jan 26 via email and our Facebook page calling for volunteers. If you are confirmed for a small job, we'll send you special instructions to register between Jan 26-Jan 31, before public registration opens. These spots go quickly so keep an eye out for the call!

Staff Registration

• If you indicate you are willing to be a driver, you'll fill out your Driver Form as part of registration. 
• Staff sweatshirt cost is now $30, still a $5 discount from the public price.
