TREKKERS

an amazing adventure you'll never forget

Two sessions of camp allows girls to prepare, trek, and participate in as many all-camp activities as possible! Designed for girls with moderate to advanced overnight backpacking skills (a year of Rovers is perfect!), Trekkers is designed to both challenge and reward girls who already know they enjoy trail life.

Under the eye of experienced and knowledgeable staff, campers learn to perform all the necessary skills for completing a successful backpacking trek with initiative and independence. Trekkers focuses on improving and refining advanced backpacking skills, teamwork and leadership, and preparing girls for their next stage of Two Sentinels camp life, whether it's Superpackers, OSBs, or Pioneers!

But camp is not all about the trail, as exciting as it is. Trekkers enjoy evening canoes, all-camp campfires, crafts, and kapers like the rest of camp! They adopt younger backpacking units to mentor, teach and encourage, and when they get back to camp they celebrate! Girls spend the summer overcoming obstacles, finding solutions to problems, learning how to work together with others in an intense environment, and truly  appreciating their own talents and abilities...experiences and skills that have changed many, many girls' lives forever.

A fabulous way to spend two weeks of summer, Trekkers turns every day into a great adventure! TREKKERS IS ONLY OFFERED 2nd & 3rd SESSIONS!

Trekking is a once-in-a-lifetime experience: due to the popularity of our Trekker program, campers may enroll only once. Other options for older campers include our Pioneer or OSB units.

Special Dietary Needs: For the safety of other campers with food allergies, we are unable to accommodate vegan, celiac, nut-free diets, or severe allergies on backpacking trips. We can accommodate vegetarians.

Age: 10th-12th grades
On Trail: 8 days/7 nights

BACKPACKING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
